With the move to Alert Level 2, our doors are open and sales consultations, servicing, technical support and parts enquiries are available in person again. 

Test drives and showroom visits are encouraged and we are excited to welcome you back into our dealership.

Our COVID-19 health and safety procedures remain in place, including face coverings, social distancing, contact tracing and stringent sanitisation based on the health and safety guidelines outlined by the government.

If you’re planning to visit us for a service, please ensure you have a booking. Our customer lounge facilities can be used again and loan cars can be provided, subject to availability.

Should you prefer, our contactless services such as service vehicle drop-offs, phone or virtual consultations remain also available.

Health and Safety procedures.

As the health and safety of our customers and staff remain our top priority, the following procedures are in place:

Contact Tracing – We will be digitally collecting contact details from all visitors to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines. This includes a QR poster to allow customers to register on the Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 tracing app available at the front door. In addition, we require all visitors to scan our own “I’M HERE” QR code to ensure we can contact people without any delay, if necessary.

Sanitisation – All our customer-facing staff will keep their work areas sterilised as required and in addition to the daily sanitisation of all common areas and touchpoints carried out by our cleaners. All surfaces within and around your vehicle will be sanitised after servicing. Please do not be offended if we ask you to sanitise your hands if handing over keys or using our Eftpos terminal.

PPE – Team members will continue to use approved Personal Protective Equipment.

Social Distancing – Staff and customers are required to maintain appropriate social distancing as per the government’s guidelines.

Loan Cars – Loan cars and vehicle pick-up & drop-off services are available on request. Please contact our team for more information. *Subject to availability.

Appointments – We encourage you to book an appointment before visiting our dealership. By doing so, you can help our efforts to follow social distancing guidelines.

Managed Entry – The total number of people within our premises will be monitored and documented at all times.

Events – All events are postponed until we move back into Alert Level 1.
