Ingham Prestige response on Covid-19

Ingham Prestige are working hard to ensure we can safely fulfil your vehicle requirements at Alert Level 2.

Our doors are open so you can come and visit us again. It is almost back to business as usual and we have the appropriate safety checks in place to keep everyone safe. These include contact tracing, sanitising, social distancing and managed entry.

These checks include:

  • Digitally collecting contact details via QR code scan from all visitors to our premises to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines.
  • Stricter cleaning and sanitisation of all dealership and vehicle touch points.
  • Staff usage of approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • All service vehicles will be fitPhysical distancing amongst staff and customers.ted with protective equipment
  • Clearly documented and distributed policies for staff.
  • Managed entry to monitor the total number of people within our premises.

Contactless Servicing and Repair

If you’re planning to visit us for a service, we encourage you to make an appointment first. Our customer lounge facilities and loan cars are now available. However, when you book in let our team know if you plan to use these services. This helps us ensure everyone stays safe.
